About
For non-divers who want to experience the underwater world without getting wet, Blue Safari Submarines offers genuine submarine trips that descend to 35 metres in a pressurised viewing vessel. Departing from Port Louis, the 45-minute journey passes coral gardens, wreck sites, and sleeping nurse sharks. The sub carries 12 passengers in reclining seats beside large oval portholes. A topside catamaran ride to the submarine rendezvous point is included. This is the only genuine passenger submarine service in the Indian Ocean and one of Mauritius's most extraordinary experiences.
